First Serve Friday: Another Weekend to Compete, A Final Weekend for the Boys 🏐
Another weekend. Another chance to step on the court, push the limits, and compete at the highest level.
For some, this is just another step in the journey—one more opportunity to refine their skills, strengthen their teamwork, and keep building toward what’s next.
For others, this weekend marks the end. The final tournament. The last serve of the season.
But no matter where each team stands in their season, the mission is the same: compete with heart, play with purpose, and never take a single match for granted.
🏆 The St. James & ECPL Grand Prix
This weekend, our Boys 18 Platinum, Boys 18 Purple, Boys 17 Platinum, Boys 17 Purple, and Boys 16 Platinum teams head to The St. James & ECPL Grand Prix for their final tournament of the season.
It’s a stage for high-level competition, a place where every set, every rally, every point matters just a little bit more.
For some, it’s the end of an era—the last time stepping on the court in a Prevail jersey. This weekend is about more than just the wins and losses. It’s about the journey, the memories, and the teammates who have become family.
One final chance to compete, fight, and finish strong.
🏐 Volleyball East: Another Step Forward
At Volleyball East, our younger boys' teams and several girls' teams will continue their seasons, using this tournament as another stepping stone in their development.
🔹 Boys 18 Pink, Boys 18 East, Boys 17 Pink, Boys 16 Purple, Boys 15 Purple
🔹 Girls 17 Purple, Girls 16 Purple, Girls 16 Pink, Girls 15 Purple, Girls 15 Pink, Girls 14 Purple
For them, this weekend is about growth. Testing themselves against strong competition. Learning from every play. Gaining experience that will carry through the rest of their season.
They still have plenty of volleyball left.
